Lunar Eclipse in Virgo and .... how to deal with it!
As promised, we'll take a look at the chart of the Lunar Eclipse on the 14th March 2025 and what story the sky was offering at that point in time.
Lunar eclipses are said to bring closures, revelations, and transformative shifts. This particular eclipse in Virgo encourages the letting go of perfectionism and outdated systems that no longer serve you. It’s a moment to declutter both mentally and physically, creating space for sustainable growth and harmony. The Virgo-Pisces axis, activated during this eclipse, highlights the need to balance practicality (Virgo) with intuition and spirituality (Pisces). That's the gist of it. But wait, there's more.
One of the first things one notices about this lunar eclipse is that many of the planets seem to be on one side of the chart, and indeed they are splayed between Pisces and Aries. If you think of it as a bus, with the front wheels and the back wheels, it looks like (with the exception of the Moon) Mars the warrior is leading, powered by the Sun and Saturn's back wheels. Mars is connected to that Sun Saturn configuration, and it does look much like the wheels of this bus are high-powered. It is the Sun and Saturn we're talking about here. Saturn, of course, is regarded as the task master; this planet represents restriction in the sense of taking responsibility, making sure the job gets done. And since we're talking about an eclipse here, which usually represents endings (a lunar eclipse is usually about an ending), we may take this as a sign that something significant is changing in the collective. Well, look at the world around us. Throw in Uranus (revolution, anyone?) for good measure, also connected to that Sun/Saturn, and you could say that this may be a sudden ending.
Another things worth noting is the position of Neptune at 29 degrees of Pisces. The 29th degree is the anaretic degree, another sign of something ending. Neptune has 'collected' all the degrees and experiences of Pisces and will enter the sign of Aries on the 30th March, one day after the solar eclipse in Aries.
On a similar note, the planet Mercury also experienced change yesterday 15th March, one day after an eclipse, when it went retrograde (apparent backwards motion), a sign usually taken to mean communication goes awry; letters get lost, misunderstandings happen - a time when we are meant to 'go back' and see if we finished the job properly, so to speak. The diagram shows Mercury as well as Venus travelling backwards. Venus in Aries takes on the aspect of an ardent lover, ready to fight for a cause. Mercury is not reliable, and therefore words may fly which cause unnecessary conflict.
Everything seems to be up in the air, doesn't it.

So, what can we take away from this chart? On a more positive note, the lunar eclipse on March 14, 2025, in Virgo, highlights opportunities for transformation and growth. With harmonious aspects like the Moon trine Uranus, it fosters innovation, emotional liberation, and adaptability. As with everything, change requires a new mindset, so we are being challenged to adapt to a new paradigm. Let's hope we can all be kinder to one another.
More stuff coming up later on in the month - there's a solar eclipse on the 29th. Yes, it's eclipse season, where anything and everything can change in the blink of an eye!
I hope you enjoyed reading this.
Blessings
