Full Moon in Leo, Uranus, Pluto and the two Princes
If we add the helical rising star with the above (the star which rises with the Sun, which the ancient Egyptians saw as the influencing star over a period until the rising star changes), then we have Rukbat, a star in Sagittarius, associated with steady movement. How does this mitigate the effects of Uranus? Uranus, after all, is anything but a steadying influence, but fear not... there is another aspect of this planet. It has to be said that Uranus can also describe the inspirationally new and avantgarde, and many a trailblazer and forerunners in their respective communities will have (had) Uranus dominate their birth charts in some way. Furthermore, astrologers did predict that the movement of Uranus through Taurus would rock stock markets and in truth we have seen public opinion sway the markets. Uranus is eccentric, brilliant, acts without emotion and with inspiration.
Today's Full Moon will aspect Uranus, so anyone with Leo, Taurus, Aquarius or Pisces aspects will feel this at around 12 to 18 degrees might feel the need to break out and do things differently.
All eyes on Pluto which will change sign in March. This planet (planetoid to some) takes 248 years to orbit the Sun, so all astrologers' eyes are on this one. Do you have any elements in the sign of Aquarius? Pluto brings change and transformation, so if you have any points around zero degrees of Aqua, Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Gemini or Libra, these changes will be felt in some way. Just remember, change can be a good thing even when it's uncomfortable.
Let's look at Prince William's chart. At the time of birth, Prince William had Jupiter at the top of his chart, which is very fitting, given that Jupiter represents the Crown Prince in Babylonian astrology, a position he acquired with the passing of Queen Elizabeth. Jupiter occupies 0 degrees of Scorpio, which is 90 degrees of where Pluto will be towards the end of March. Pluto is about change and transformation, so does that mean that he will lose his 'crown prince' status? Well, in my opinion, the fact that his is being challenged to assess his values and resources (Pluto is currently transiting his second house, the house associated with one's values and resources), or the resources available through his status. All this will affect the crown prince's family (Jupiter traditionally rules the 4th house/family) and also how he is seen by the world (Jupiter rules the ascendant).
His brother, Prince Harry (the 'spare) also has factors at 0 degrees of Aquarius; his progressed Sun (predictive techniques by progressing the Sun's position by one degree for each year from the birth position). Look - it's at zero Aqua (where Pluto is moving to). The icon with the circle and dot represents the Sun. Equally interesting is that at the time of birth, Pluto was at 2 degrees of Scorpio, and on the 23rd March, it will square (90 degrees - a challenging aspect to itself - Pluto to Pluto) his natal Pluto, suggesting that Prince Harry is being challenged to free himself of past traumas. His transit charts suggest that he's trying to expunge something from within the family organisation (Pluto rules the house of organisations/friends/society). Do we ever get over our childhood traumas? Maybe we do and maybe we don't. Nothwithstanding the baggage, we have to move on.
Back to the Full Moon - we now come to the two weeks where the moon wanes. This is a good time for clearing out old thoughts. Uranus, the great awakener, challenges us to do just that. New ideas are about to be brought to light which will affect society as a whole (Pluto in Aqua). Pluto in Capricorn was all about structure, money, business. Pluto's movement into Aquarius will change our attitudes to money.
I hope you enjoyed reading this.

Hi peeps! I'd just like to point out that I may write about people who are far removed from our way of living... that's true. However, they are also well known enough by most of us, and I wanted to show how the stars work through their lives. Astrology is just fascinating.
