Virgo New Moon and Jack Robinson
The Virgo New Moon occurs on Friday 15th September at 03:39 at 21 degrees of Virgo. Virgo is one of the two zodiac signs represented as a human, in this case a woman holding a sheaf of wheat, obviously associated with the coming of the harvest. Because the wheat is separated from the chaff, Virgos are typically discriminating beings and ruled by Mercury, use their mental faculties to sort out information through critical analysis about what is of value. It is generally understood that anyone with strong Virgo vibes in their chart are astute in some way, whilst also being aware of their limitations, which may come across as humility (and sometimes perceived as low self-esteem). It's not that, it's that they know they could know more.

What does this mean now, at this point in time? Well, the current PM is certainly a current topic presently. The New Moon in Virgo does not only affect the PM, though;this story is about all of us. Venus squares (is challenged) by Jupiter retrograde in Taurus - so here the issue is about resources/money. Few people aren't, so I'm not making any political diagnosis of current affairs here. This affects us all. Are you tight for cash this month? The summer is over, and as we are a Mediterranean nation, we have spent our summer nights out eating, drinking and perhaps have overspent a bit (or a lot!). As Autumn (we used to write that with a capital letter, not so anymore - so you can surmise that I'm not a spring chicken!). Mars, on the other hand, is assisting Venus by helping to keep the status quo; Mars is in Libra, a sign associated with harmony. Remember that Mars is about high energy, and here it is being utilised to maintain harmony.
This blog post is about the New Moon, so we have to mention the Sun and Moon. New Moons signify the beginning of a new lunar cycle, when intentions are set for the next 29 days. So this is a time of discerning, that is, doing away with what is of no real value is assisted by Uranus and Pluto. Both are outer planets which move slowly and are considered to be 'heavies'. Uranus is all about revolution, sudden change and novel ideas, whilst Pluto demands transformation, death and rebirth. Putting all this together suggests that any intentions made at the New Moon may bring about swift and dramatic change.
So think about what you wish to set in motion, peeps. You may get what you want sooner than you can say "Jack Robinson".
I hope you enjoyed this post.
Blessings,
Cindy
