Just a short post....

 

This is just a short post - I just had to share it with you as it had me jumping up and down with excitement. Just how crazy is this? 

This morning I was perusing through some news about the DNC, who spoke, who said what and so forth. I don't think I'm the only one who is interested in how we humans are going set the scene for the next few years. 

I watched a few videos and, of course, that included Pete Buttigieg's speech (the US Secretary for Transport). His birth data is pretty much available online, so I had a peek at his birth chart. For those who may not know, this guy has Maltese ancestry and so this made me even more curious. What's his ascendant? Where is his Moon? 

Talk about the universe having its way of reflecting the sky story. If you have been following my posts over the past few months, you'll know that there are a few things going on that made me sit up when I saw this. 

First of all, Uranus is currently transiting 26/27 degrees of Taurus, conjunct the malefic star Algol. This star represents the Medusa and more specifically the rage felt by women who have suffered at the hands of patriarchy. 

Look at the Moon glyph in the chart; it lies at 26 degrees something of Scorpio, directly opposite Algol and where Uranus is now. 

Something else: Pete Buttigieg's Moon at 27 Scorpio is exactly conjunct President Biden's Sun at 27 Scorpio. Huh?

Where is Pete Buttigieg's natal Sun? At 29 degrees of Capricorn. This is called the anaretic degree in astrospeak. Where is Pluto at the moment? Yep, at 29 degrees of Capricorn; there is going to be significant change in this person's life. Where is Pluto in the chart of the USA? 27 degrees of Capricorn. 

There are other connections: Buttigieg's Mars at 13 Libra is square the US Sun at 13 Cancer (where Sirius the Dog Star lies), whilst his natal Jupiter (conjunct the Midheaven - associated with the legal profession) trines (120 degrees) the US Jupiter. 

What does all this mean? At this point in time, we get to see this US senator in action, because, to my mind, he is a good reflection of all that is going on in the heavens. 

To be fair, it is often found that people who play a significant part in their country's history have connections with the chart of their homeland. The US Secretary for Transport is only one of those who has connections with the US natal chart. There are others, naturally. That connection with Uranus and Pluto was what caught my eye.
